1. A first appointment – free of obligations – to become familiar with the surroundings and your view on the project.

3. Presentation of a coloured preliminary design (see the illustration alongside), containing the preparatory work and laying down the project structure.
4. Drawing up a blueprint containing all the technical information for realizing the project.
5. Putting the project out to tender.
6. Supervision of the proceedings while the project is being carried out.
7. Final observations and evalution.
